Description

·         Develop strategies in administrative manager functions to effectively run an organization.

·         Supervise and manage administrative operations of a department.

·         May occasionally perform any task assigned to subordinate staff, consistent with any licensing or certification requirements. Performs related work as assigned.

·         Forecasting administrative staff needs for the Section; Formulating and implementing Records Management policies

·         Overseeing the management of service contracts and service level agreements for outsourced services;

·         Ensuring records management is provided in compliance with the Legal provisions and Corporation quality standards.

·         Proficient in Dashboard preparation with Flow Charts, Pivot tables, Pie/Doughnut Charts, Smart Art and Excel Formulas.
